NOTICE TO MEMBERS – 2025 ELECTION
Notice is hereby given that nominations for the election of NINE (9) MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE OF MANAGEMENT (the “Committee”) are open for eligible members to nominate.
Eligibility to Nominate for Office: Members of the Association shall be eligible for election to the Committee if they have been a member of the Association for at least two (2) years immediately preceding the date for the opening of nominations, that is, Monday, 5 May 2025, and their membership subscription is fully paid and is not in arrears as at the opening date of nominations – Clause7, sub-clause (e) of the Constitution.
Only ‘ordinary’ members and Type II members shall be eligible to be elected as Office Bearers and Ordinary Committee Members – Clause 7, sub-clause (f) of the Constitution.
Nominations must reach the Election Committee by 5.00pm on Friday, 16 May, 2025 by either of the following:-

In the event the election is contested, the ballot will be conducted on Sunday, 1 June 2025 between the hours of 11.00am and 5.00pm at the Evangelismos Church Hall, 57 Carr Street, West Perth. Only those members eligible to vote and whose names appear on the Certified List of Voters shall be issued with ballot papers.
