On Saturday, Nov 7, we had Mrs Eirini Triantopoulos give a demonstration on how to make the Prosforo (offering bread) for Church.
She uses the traditional method for making the bread, whereby a natural wild yeast culture is used.
There were a great many people that came passed for the demonstration – some even got a turn at kneading the dough.
