Members of the Greek Orthodox Community of WA Inc “Evangelismos” are respectfully reminded that our AGM for the period July 2018 to December 2018 will take place on Sunday 5 May 2019 at 11.30am at the Church Hall, 57 Carr St, West Perth.
At the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 10 March 2019 it was resolved to change the reporting year for GOCWA to run from January to December each year. This is the reason for the AGM being held in May and not in October. In accordance with clause 15 of the Constitution elections will be held on three weeks after the AGM on 26 May 2019 at the Church Hall.

Nominations opened for committee positions in the original notice on 5 April. Voting will take place between the hours of 11.00 AM and 5.00 PM.

Clause 7 (e) of the Constitution states: No members of the Association shall be eligible for election to the Committee unless they have been a member of the Association for at least two (2) years immediately preceding the date for the opening of nominations and their membership subscription is fully paid and not in arrears as at the opening date of nominations.
