Today, on the second Sunday of Great Lent, the Orthodox Church commemorates our Holy Father Saint Gregory Palamas.

A Hierarchical Divine Liturgy was held, with His Grace Bishop Elpidios of Kyaneon officiating.

We also had a special Doxology service at the end, to commemorate Greek National Day (25 Mar).

At the conclusion of the service, people from all parishes then gathered at Kings Park War Memorial for the customary wreath laying service.
