His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia will be making a pastoral visit to Perth from Friday 7th of February until Sunday 9th of February 2020. The programme is as follows:

Friday 7 February

Arrival at Perth International Airport at 18.25 with Qatar Airways from Doha at Terminal 1

Saturday 8 February

7.30 am – 5.30 pm

WA Youth and Young Adult Conference at the Holy Monastery of St John of the Mountain. Key Note Speaker His Eminence Archbishop Makarios.

6.30 pm – 8.00 pm

Hierarchical Vespers Service presided by His Eminence Archbishop Makarios and the enthronement of the Very Rev. Thalassios as Abbott at the Holy Monastery of St John of the Mountain.

Sunday 9 February

7.00 am -11.00 am

Matins Service and Hierarchical Divine Liturgy presided by His Eminence at the Church of Evangelismos assisted by His Grace Bishops Emilianos of Meloa and Elpidios of Kyaneon

During the service Mr John Sullivan from Bunbury will be ordained to the diaconate.

Sunday afternoon His Eminence departs for Sydney
