Important Announcement Re: Church Attendance With Easing of COVID-19 Restrictions

We are delighted that COVID-19 restrictions have eased in WA and as of Saturday 6 June, 100 people will be permitted for church services.

Given this, for services on and beyond 6 June, we will no longer be taking attendance bookings. Instead, people will be admitted to the church on a “first come, first served” basis. Once this figure of 100 is reached, we cannot admit anyone else.

If you had previously been confirmed to attend a service on or after 6 June, you will receive priority and your name will appear on the list so you will be automatically factored into the capacity figure.

For memorial services, we will give priority for a nominal amount of people. All memorial services must, however, be booked in advanced with our parish Fr Emmanuel so we can factor those attending into our capacity figures.

When you arrive at church, you must register your name and contact details on the attendance sheet.

If we have already reached capacity when you arrive, we ask for your understanding. In this situation, we still invite you to come in briefly to light a candle and then we ask that you please leave.

Once the service is finished, we ask that you make your way out of the church, maintaining social distancing at all times.

We thank you for your ongoing patience and understanding.
